I’d like to try this. I have a meat grinding attachment for my stand mixer I’m just always hesitant due to not knowing what the fat content will be.

Are you allowed to say that in this sub?

I’d go with beef since autocannibalism is an ethical gray area

Unpopular opinion: I prefer burgers with a little less cheese maybe a thin slice or straight up no cheese cause I like the taste of meat onion pickle and ketchup
That looks fire though

I grind my meat all the time… oh, for burgers, right

I don’t know if you ground it once or twice. It usually it goes through the largest die first then through the medium die next. It will give you more of a homogeneous grind and be more tender. Another poster gave good tips on chilling the pieces before grinding which is beneficial advice.

What kinda cuts of beef did you use? Was it a blend, or did you just get your favorite cut and use that?
